To begin with, there was a one fourth percent of teachers salaries, and spent on insurance had been a tiny fraction. Moreover, the salaries of other employees was a more than quarter percent in 1981. Workers salaries had been declining in 2001, at a five percent to less than five percent . Furniture and equipment, and resources was same, in 1981 at less than five percent. (Respectively)
Secondly, the salaries of teachers were half percent at during the year 1991 and 45% in 2001. The changes in insurance was 3% in 1991, and 8% in 2001. Moving further, furniture and equipment was one in twenty percent in the time period of 1991, and than a quarter percent in period of 2001. The changes in salaries of other workers had been decreased at 22% to 15%, and resources were fallen at 20% to 9% .
Overall, it is evident that, the changes in spending was increased in the salaries of teachers at 5% to 10% during the given period, and the changes in spending, had been decreased the salaries of other workers at 6% to 7% in the year, 1981, and 2001.
