Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your service. Our company have hired 100 fresh graduates and we have booked your hotel to conduct the induction program for them last week on 12th July,On the behalf of my company I have booked your hotel to for an official event, but the way we have been treated and entertained was utterly disgraceful.
Let me explain the issue which we faced during our meeting. Firstly, As per booking, meeting was planned to start at 9:00 a.m. , but the audio system was not ready for the use because of the reason , event gets delayed by 30 minutes. Second Issue we faced is air conditioner unit, the inside temperature of meeting hall was maintained at 26 degree and it leads most of the staff to feel uncomfortable.
Our company has been using your services for the past 10 years and we never had such kind of experience. It seem hotel staff need some training so that they can understand the requirement and the weightage of such type of commercial meeting.
Please make sure these type of incidents should not happened again else we have to choose some other event organizer for next time.
