You live in a room in college which you share with another student. You find it very difficult to work there because he or she always has friends visiting. They have parties in the room and sometimes borrow your things without asking you.Write a letter to

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that I wish to move to new accommodation in the next semester, preferably a single room as I found my current arrangements too inconvenient. My roommate has made it very harder for me to concentrate on my studies and I hope you will help me sort it out.

Let me explain to you my problem, I am doing MBA final year sharing a room with a classmate, but his behaviors are too inconsiderate. He has his friends visiting him every single day, staying till early morning. The worst part is, they play loud music throughout the night and partying in the room wildly.

In addition to this, he borrows my study materials and other personal belongings without my permission only to misplace them somewhere. One such instance happened in the last week when he borrowed the books that I have taken from the college library and lost it.

I hope you will understand my current situation and considering the above reasons I would request you to help me in shifting to a new individual space in the university hostel.

Thank you for understanding.

Your's faithfully,
Akilan Palaniappan
