The graphs below give information about computer ownership as a percentage of the population between 2002 and 2010, and by the level of education for the years 2002 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar charts illustrate computer ownership by percentage between 2002 and 2010, and the ownership in 2002 and 2010 is furtherly categorized by education level.

Overall, the ownership of computers in 2002 was generally lower than that of 2010, nonetheless, the percentage of owning a computer increased gradually over the years among the people who received different levels of education.

Looking more closely at the figures, the ownership of computers climbed from over 50% to nearly 80% over the period. In terms of the percentage of owning a computer divided by degree, people without a high school diploma accounted for the lowest proportion among 5 groups in 2002 and 2010, respectively at 15% and 40%. However, the percentage drastically rose among the group who received high school education. To be more specific, the percentage of 2010 increased from 40% to 60% and the number of 2002 rose by four times between the two groups.

Moreover, half of people who had a college diploma owned a computer in both periods. The percentage of computer ownership continuously grew in the following two education levels, bachelor and postgraduate qualification. In 2002, nearly 80% of postgraduates owned a computer while more than 90% of people who had a postgraduate degree had a computer.
