The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

The graphs give information about the questionnaire in regards to visitor satisfaction, which was conducted after renovating Ashdown Museum. Furthermore, the number of people who visited the museum before and after the redecoration was also provided in the given table.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that not only did visitor numbers increase dramatically after the interior reconstruction, the survey's result also indicated that the proportion of satisfied and very satisfied customers were seeing a growth while the percentage of dissatisfied and very dissatisfied customers showed otherwise.

Prior to the renovation, Ashdown Museum was visited by just under 75,000 people. Whereas this number increased noticeably after the refurbishment, reaching nearly ten thousand that year. Similarly, the proportion of satisfied customers was also seeing a growth by going up slightly from 30% to 40% after the construction. In addition, the increase of very satisfied visitors was even more significant. Before the redecoration, only 15 out of 100 people were feeling very satisfied about the museum, however, the figure doubled at 35% afterwards.

On the contrary, the proportion of negative ratings plunged while that of positive ones soared. In detail, the percentage of dissatisfied customers drastically dropped from 40% to only 15%. Furthermore, people who claimed to be very unsatisfied on the questionnaires also dipped by half, from 10% to 5%. While the visitors who showed no opinions remained steadily at 5% after the renovation.
