The line chart displays the amount of questions sending to Tourist Information Office in a city during 6 months in 2011
Overall, there were some approaches increasing through the six-month period, while one of them was declining.
Starting from January, the highest figure was enquiries giving through telephone with more than 800 ones. However, this method could not keep it position until April when people tended to send their requirements in person. From this moment, showing opinions in person led the chart to June 2011 with approximately 2000 enquiries.
There is a special point in this graph. It is the unparalleled decrease of giving ideas by letter or email. In January 2011, this way of contacting still stood in second place among the three methods with nearly 800 enquiries. Nevertheless, this number dropped so rapidly that in May and June 2011, by letter and email became the last method used by customers with under 400 enquiries.
In conclusion, the statistic illustrates how connecting approaches in the Tourist Information Office changed through the six-month period in 2011. This transformation indicated that people’s needs in contacting had been adjusting from indirectly to directly through the time.
