Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to express dissatisfaction regarding my journey by your train.
Recently I faced serious issues while travelling by your train service. I had to travel from Islamabad to Karachi via train. According to my ticket the train had to leave at 2PM. so I reached station 1 hour before the due time. I got to know by staff announcement that train is late for 8 hours. I made me so worried as I am a student and pursuing my degree in University of science Karachi. I had a paper next day at 8 am. I had no other option but to wait. I sat on a bench and was looking here and there. Suddenly I noticed slap on my face and somebody snatched my wallet. I called for help and ran after him. The place was rushed and I failed to find him. I had my ID card , ATM card, every thing in that wallet.
I immediately went to complain room and told them whole story. The staff was not welcoming at all and they do not listen to me.
Since, I have not received the desired service. As it is clear negligence from you side. I want full refund of all the money.
I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
