Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to express my interest in applying in the volunteering activity in the super-ball tournament where will be held in Doha next month.
I have several experiences in similar previous events, and I am more interested to be responsible for distributing the refreshments and water to all visitors. When I saw the advert of the event on the newspaper, I realized that this activity will be essential as the event is in Summer. It will be my pleasure to help all people who are visiting our city as well for first time.
The event schedule starts at night in the weekend; therefore, I won`t be having any other commitment. I will arrange several booths for refreshments which cover the whole area of the event. Some leaflets will be also arranged to list down all varieties of refreshment; hence, all visitor can choose their preferable refreshment.
There are multiple exits and entrances in the location of the events which can create confusion to the visitors when they enter or leave. I would therefore suggest that we arrange some booklet maps to be as a guidance to them. It would be better to distribute it along with the tickets.
