I’m writing to you because I’m interested in becoming the chef cook at your new Sichuan restaurant.
We met on a plane from Shanghai to Vancouver last week; I was sitting next to you. We had a pleasant talk on about Chinese food — especially Sichuan cuisine — and I was deeply impressed by your knowledge of it.
