Essay topics: You have a problem with a neighbour.Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter1. Describe the problem2. Say how long it has been a problem3. Explain what action you want the neighbour to take

Dear Mr. Smith,

My name is Kumar Sampad and I am one of your neighbor, residing at 54 Danforth Avenue which is just adjacent to your big detached house from the south side. I am writing this letter to express my intense dissatisfaction regarding your way of parking cars at the side of the street.

Your entrance to the house is sharing just a single wooden fence with mine and whenever you park your newly purchased Audi SUV, it just blocks the entrance to my house partially. This is happening soon after you have started the renovation of your in-house parking lot and started placing the vehicle at the roadside. So, for the last couple of weeks, it is just causing me trouble while parking my car too on the same side. Moreover, as it covering almost fifty percent of my main gate, it feels impossible to enter into my premises smoothly, forcing me and my family to come inside in cue.

I hope you are understanding the issue and will take better strategy while parking. I would also suggest you rent a nearby parking plot so that both of us will be a win-win situation for the time being until your renovation is being completed. Or, you can make your renovation process faster so that the mutual compromisation among us will be beneficial. Hope this will keep our friendly neighborhood healthy and peaceful.

I look forward to hearing from you as early as possible.

Yours sincerely,

Kumar Sampad.
