Dear Grace,

How are you doing? Am of the mind the letter meets you well. I really do miss the time we shared while I was abroad studying, they are quite good memories.

Recently, there is a vacancy for the position of a receptionist in the company and I think you should apply. The responsibilities of the job includes customer care services, monitoring the punctuality of the staffs and time each staff clocks out for the day.

However, I think the job is suitable for you with regards to your qualification, your strength of emotional intelligence and how coordinated your personality. Remember you had an intern job at Ford Motors and a receptionist an d as such it counts as experience.

Furthermore, send your resume and application letter to the Human Resources manager of the company, the contact can be seen on the company's website.

Be hopeful, however I wish you all the best.

Your Sincerely
James Brown
