Dear Sir/Madam
I'm writing this letter in regard to express my dissatisfaction to the outfits that I bought from your Antique Shop yesterday. I made a purchase of a couple of jeans pant which caught my attention. it was a sky blue in color and I decided to take both since I found those nice materials that are made of pants after a long time,
The problem associated it is, mistakenly your staff packed it a wrong size of it, the correct size of the pants were 28 and I got a 32 as I unwrapped it .and I can ensure it was not the exact kinds of stuff which I have chosen. it mesmerized me the light blue color, however, it was completely different as it was light blue in color but it approached as dark one. Although it could be my fault not to check it before the payment, being a regular customer I was confidential such circumstances will not occur as I have never experienced such situations.
you can imagine how someone would feel in such conditions, as soon as I got to know it, all my excitement flew away. since it was cost an arm and leg to get those clothes. Therefore, I want you should provide me the correct jeans that I have chosen along with the size and color. If you take costumer suggestion seriously then, train your staffs to be responsive and work correctly.
