Dear company accountant,
I have heard that your company is seeking for feedback about the way of support for my hometown. Both sponsorship on youth sports team and concert fee are beneficial to local residents, but I insist helping children's soccer or basketball team because it will bring more value.
To begin with, when people can enter the concert for free, it would definitely enhance their well-being life. people can experience various culture and arts through the events.However, unfortunately, a majority of parents are not able to attend the event very often due to their workload. Without guardian, there is less possibility that young people visit the concert on their own.
In contrast, offering financial support to children's sport team will satisfy more families. Each sport team hires managers and a coach, so that it facilitate joining a sport team. Also, affluent fund would encourage more types of sports team; young people would have more opportunity to experience more exercises.
In order to help local sport team, I suggest you to ask them to bring receipts then pay back the expense later. some people may misuse your offering when they receive money or gift card in front, so gathering some proof for expenses prevent them to use the fund wrongly.
