Dear accommodation officer,
I am writing this letter to request changing my room due to uncooperative roommates. I understand that swapping room is not available in the middle of the semester, but it really ruins my campus life.
I have struggled with her inappropriate behaviour such as having a booze party til midnight even though it is not permitted by the rule. Not only for party, but she also continuously invites many friends when she knows it hinders my study progress due to high noise level. Yesterday was deadline for charity project report, but I was unable to submit as she broke my laptop by spilling beer.
Thankfully, my professor understood my circumstance then extend the submission period, but I do want to avoid that situation by finding a new roommate. For the mentioned reasons, I want you to grant me another unit so that I can concentrate on lecture for the rest of semester.
