Dear Jeena,
I am writing this letter to invite you my new apartment. it has been two weeks and all packages are moved now, so I think it is good timing to show you my new place!
As you know already, previous condo was so aged; insects came out from everywhere In addition, it was located far away from my office. it takes almost hour and half by bus, and it is waste of time and transit fee. In order to have better life, I decided to move out.
Anyway, I am so satisfied with the new unit. it is one bedroom, but it has enough storage and even shared locker room at the parkade level. Moreover, various amenities are offered for residents such as swimming pool, meeting room and guest room.
The best part is this apartment, Wall Centre, is located in the middle of downtown Vancouver. After you take off from Burrard station, take any bus at Bay 3. it is only three stops away, so you will see my building pretty soon.
I am available anytime, so just let me know when you are able to visit. I cannot wait to see you.
