I am Iman Mavedat, student number 108765389, Master of Civil engineer in engineering faculty and my room code is LG212 in CBD dorm. I am writing to bring to your attention a problem that I am recently facing with the internet connection.
I have lived in this room for less than a month since new semester began, and I have been frequency problem with poor internet connection which is never had happened when I was in the other room. I have tried to solve the issue by inquired from IT, but they said the reason would be my distance from Wi Fi rooter. Since presently I do a research project through online articles and I am going to work most of the time in my room it is clear I will really need the internet.
I would appreciate it if you could change my room to the higher floor. As I know there is available in second level with L287 room’s code.
