Dear Amit,
I hope you are doing well! I am writing a letter to inform you, at the last week we had planned for the watch the drama. However, you had purchased the tickets online and reserved the front seat for the better view of drama performance.
Firstly, I would like to beg the pardon for the inconvenience not spectating the drama because of the certain issue or reason. I hope you will be no more upset with after the letting knows my situation.
Explaining the situation further, my mother has been suffering from a diabetic disease chronically for two days. Hence, I need to check-up for her at a nearby hospital which is very essential and inevitable for me. This is the main reason, I have to be cancelled the plan not to enjoy the dramatic environment.
Nonetheless, I do not want to waste our money, if someone is ready to buy tickets from us. It might be your friend or family member. Thus, wastage of money will not be anymore and this could be worthwhile. I look forward to replying at your earliest convenience.
Thanks in advance.
Your's Sincerely
Jaspreet Kaur
