Dear Manager,
I am writing to inform you that I visited natural place numbra valley at Leh in india on last week. My company provided holiday tour package group of our android developer employee. I lost my times watch worth Rs 30000.
During explore time, we were busy in buying leather pocket at local market there and became bad incident with me. One theft got my watch from my hand. After bought pocket, I found I lost my watch when I raise up my hand to watch time. I looked out near by me but did not found there. I filled police complain at there and returned from journey. After then I had through on that very much but It didn't come in my mind where I did exactly wrong thing.
I have insurance of my high priced watch. So I would like to insurance company will help me find my watch or return me new one. I would wait for your humble reply.
Finally, I am entitled to claim regarding my watch as I registered it with your company. It would be great if you send me required documents to fill out and procedure that I need to follow in order to claim it.
