Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to draw your attention to the problem of collection rubbish in our community. As we have special place with just two containers for our 15 houses that not enough.
The main disadvantage of existing system is the small place where these containers are. In addition, this area is too close to a road. Due to the working special machine at limited place rubbish collection is obviously not properly. As these containers overfull a lot of rubbish can be on the road. This condition not allow workers to collect all garbage around containers.
As a result, it is not the appropriate collection system. Drivers go the through dirty road and they force to park cars between rubbish.
I believe the best way to rectify the situation is replace containers to different area far away 100 metres from the road and add two more containers. It hopefully solves problem and drivers or pedestrians can go on the clean road.
