Dear Mr.Frank,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the concerns raised by our clients and guests about the waiting hall
of our Greams Road office and to suggest you some arrangement that can be made to improvise the situation.
As you aware we are one of the top interior decorators in the city, and as we belong to the service industry it is too crucial
for us to make our exisiting and prospective clients to feel better when they come and visit us.
First of all, I would like to highlight you the problems suggested by our visitors about the Visitor's area. The major problem raised by many of them is the one relating to the air-conditioning in the room. The main contributor to this fact is the faulty centralized Air conditioner that has to be serviced completely in order to make it work properly. Another complaint which I come across regularly these days are about the seating arrangement. Although we have adequate chairs to accommodate the guests peaking in, they are not comfortable as a modern sofa that many modern offices has these days.
I would also suggest some immediate measures that has to be taken to make the reception hall a convenient one. Why don't we contract some professionals to look into the climate system at our head office and fix them? In addition to that, it is advisable to replace the old furniture with brand new wooden cozy sofas with cotton cushions at the appropriate places.
I hope you appreciate this concern and grant your approval for renovation.
Your's sincerely,
Akilan
