Dear Mr. Ahmadi,
I am writing to you about the suggestions you asked me about the reception area. As you know, there have been many complaints about that place.
First, the load of patients at the clinic is much every afternoon due to Dr. Younesian, which leads to crowdedness in the reception area. Not only does this badger patients by the delay in their service, but it forces us to treat less patients. Second, the reception area is in the middle of the dental work place, thus when it becomes crowded, it will be impossible to get around to go to the radiography’s room.
The reception area is the first place patients will face, so any disorder in such place is very bad for the clinic’s reputation. Also, this place is like the management unit for the dental area, thus any thing happens there affects all the place.
First, I suggest you establish another reception area to take care of Dr. Younesian’s patients. Second, you should consider moving the reception area out of the dental area to the main hall like what we suggested you in the first meeting.
