Dear Yuxin,

Recently, we received several complaints about the front desk area from our visitors. As we talked before in the emails, the main problems what customers or other visiting people doubted is that our reception area is too small to could only fit like 10 persons and the front desk girl's attitude is not so kind. Here is my point of view regarding the improvements of those issues.

First of all, the reception area is a very important zone to any companies, which could give the first vision to the visitors about what your company is looked like. Thus, to leave a good impression is necessary and essential, especially for the customers who may make some deals with organization.

Secondly, in order to solve the problems, I think that we should widen our reception area to offer a more comfortable waiting places to the people visiting our company. Subsequently, our HR team should arrange a meeting to talk with the front desk girl to let her know how she had brought some negative effect on our company' image because of her attitude. In the meantime, to give some advices on her behavior, then continue to observe if she gets any improvements after. So that is all, we could arrange a further discussion if you have any other ideas.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
Haibo
