Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to outline the complaints that I have been made about the reception area as well as suggest the measures for its improvement.
I noticed the dissatisfaction of many visitors regarding reception area perhaps, they feel quite uncomfortable and also, sometimes whisper about its condition. It is critical to handle a lot of visitors at the same time for a single receptionist. Due to inappropriate design and lack of space, visitors tend to wait outside the building which is quite embarrassing for our company's reputation.
Needless to say, the reception area contributes a lot for the image of the company and give the first impression of the organisation.
Taking everything into consideration, perhaps it would be a good idea to widen the reception by using the room next to it and also hire more receptionist. Besides this, providing more sitting arrangements for the public would be definitely advantageous.
