I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the sports center located in F9 Park. Where I spent a week recently for Intercollege swimming competition. Let me elaborate on the situation in more detail.
I want to bring into your notice the poor condition of the changing room. There was a foul smell in the room. it seemed that the area was not cleaned for a long time. Also, the towels were soiled and damped. The whole room was very unhygienic. I complained to the facilitator about the maintenance. But the problem was ignored rather than being resolved. Such a response has disappointed me as it is a basic hygiene issue
I wish you to personally analyze the matter. Make strict policies with respect to the cleanliness of the room. Washing of towels should be done every day. Secondly, to vanish bad smell, ventilators should be installed and room freshener should be used every single day.
