Dear Mr patel,
This is jessica from 10th block, north garden apartments. Through this letter i wish to complain for discomfort caused because of party by second floor tenants. Please take suitable action against them.
For past few weeks, we are unable to sleep well because of absurd noise due to party flatmates have in late nights. Also, we have informed them to reduce music sound and they are not hearing our word as they are fully sloshed. But, we are disturbed whole night.
Most importantly, there are children in the block and they also need to start early to school after sleep. Although, we are struggling to live with such noise and it would affect children studies and are upset on their behaviour. Hence, please make upper floor tenants to vacate. However, if flat persons do not agree please shift them to 20th block vacant flat because of inconvenience caused. Since, the block is not occupied so it won't affect others.
