Dear sir / madam,
I am a resident of Newtown and a regular passenger in your train service. Recently it is noticed that the trains connecting nearby cities were decreased which affected the daily commuters like me.
To brief, sudden reduction in the train service disturbed my timing for work and it is miserable to travel using road transportation as it consumes my time by spending in traffic jams. This decision is not only affected me but also the other fellow inhabitants who depends on your train service for work and education.
As a valuable customer of your service, I would like to provide few suggestions for the betterment of the service. It will be helpful if you could run the services in the peek time especially school and office timings instead of the low rush times which provides justice to the transport problems faced by the people.
