Write a letter to a college Principal, where you attended one-day computer course and are unhappy about the way it was conducted. Explain the type of course, what happened and what can be done that it never happen again

Dear Sir,
I recently attended a one-day “ROS BASICS” course organized by your college. I am writing this to show the dismay towards how the course was conducted.
I enrolled in this course after reading about it on an online platform. I am keen to learn robotics and hence the ROS program which run the robots. Even I’m a post-graduate in Mechanical Engineering; I thought robotics and automation is future Industry, and by understanding and learning would help me in career prospects, so I joined the course. But, I am sorry to say that even after completing the course; I feel I gained nothing. You enrolled 20 people for the course and only provided five systems and one instructor. We hardly get 10 minutes for hands-on work, and one to one interaction with the instructor was relatively low.
After charging a lump sum for the course and not providing value for the money spent, I got dissatisfied and felt distressed. It is my humble request to have a check in the number of participants or by adding more instructors or systems. So you can alleviate the problem in future. I would be grateful if you can allow to me attend another session at without charging extra fees.
I am hoping to hear from you soon on this matter! You can contact me on this number 894486, in case you need any further clarification.
Yours faithfully
Rahul
