He likes to listen to music at a loud volume and spends a significant amount of time on video chatting with friends and family well late into the night. He is quite popular in class and usually has friends visit our room daily. As a result, I am unable to focus on my studies, complete my assignments or sleep soundly at night.
I would request you to please consider shifting me to another room in the hostel. I have heard that rooms in the west wing are currently empty and I would request you to shift me there at least temporarily so that I can prepare for the tests and cover up for the time and effort lost.
