b Describe the public event
c Explain about other plans you have for your friend when he/she will visit

Dear Rachel,

Hope you’re doing well. I am writing to invite you for an upcoming sunburn event in Canada this year. As per my information, the event is scheduled to begin from 19th June at 10 AM in Brampton.

This is an ultimate event I have been waiting for the whole year. There will be lots of new bands playing apart from this there are also 4D shows. They have organized for bonfire and camping night as well. A bunch of my friends will be accompanying us.

I’m pretty sure you’ll be keen to attend it. I have arranged for your visa and tickets. Also, I have planned few more exciting and adventurous things for you. Once you’re in the city we’ll have a gala time together just like we use to do in our old days.
Hope you accept my invite. Looking forward to see you soon.

Best wishes,
Jessica
