Dear Sam

Congratulations on your new home. The house you bought is elegant and modern, it has all tiled flooring with ample space for parking and nice garden with even space for kids play area. I was astonished with architecture design of the entire house. The floor planning have been taken care to tiniest of details.

It was awesome spend weekend at your place. Since all of our friends met each other after long time, it was nostalgic talking about the past. Everyone was having so much fun that we partied for 2 days straight. The celebration would not have been that exciting if we have not plan ahead of time and brought extra drinks for everyone.

Let's meet up next month in August, winter is coming and there will be huge snow which makes it perfect weather for snow skiing at mount Rushmore. we both can bring our families and spend some feast there.

It was nice being there for you when you needed us.

Take care
Yours dearly
Michael
