I am writing you this letter to draw your attention towards issue that I am facing in my computer system from last one week. However, I reboot my system from IT department but the problem still remained the same.
As you know that there are some heavy electronic medical records software’s installed in my system on which I accomplish my everyday tasks are suffering to a great extent. However, our existing client is extremely supportive and understanding that’s why he’s not pushing to get his work done at any cost. Recently, our new client asked to install their practice management software and tools. Since, I have installed them; my system has been encountering several technical issues, security and malware problems. Apart from this, computer had really slowed down due to which department is facing a lag in their daily targets. As a result, we are not able to upload daily audits, coding, AR collection, verification and billing report on client interface. As this is not mirroring a good impression on our existing and new client, we need to get these issues fixed on top priority.
We can get it thoroughly checked by our competent IT professionals to figure out actual problem. I already shooted an email keeping you in loop to IT department to scan my computer system tomorrow on urgent basis and with utmost priority. If this will not solve the problem, then we can suggest them to replace my system and handle me a new one with every software installed. I hope this measure will definitely resolve our problem.
