I am writing to inform you about my computer that is giving me some issues connecting to VPN. As you are aware, this week am working from home on a rotational shift basis under blue team, so cannot directly connect my system to LAN. I have already raised a ticket with regards to this problem to IT helpdesk. The ticket is pending supervisor approval.
Last week, an antivirus was run on my computer as always, apparently there were no issues then. When I tried connecting this morning, the access was denied and I was unable to login. I presume this has nothing to do with the updates that are run on weekly basis rather it has something to do with my system. Generally, I do face minor issues with this system but fortunately they are settled immediately by IT helpdesk.
Due to this situation, I am unable to deliver some tasks that are due today. Therefore, I seek your kind assistance to push forward the date for today's meeting. Also, please do approve my request that has been raised by my colleague this morning. Rest assured, once the issue is resolved, I will try to finish my work as soon as possible.
