Incidentally, regarding the minimum GPA requirement for the Daytime MBA program, it is stated on the program's website that "If your GPA is between 2.5 and 3.0 (out of 4.0) please contact our Admission Team to discuss the minimum required GMAT score which will be accepted."

Therefore, since this course, especially The Real Estate Studies specialization piques my avid interest due to my +7 years of professional experience in this field, I would be grateful whether you could tell me the minimum GMAT which makes me eligible for the program.
