Dear Mr. Khan,
I am writing this letter after hearing the news of your resignation from the company and would like to articulate my feelings about it.
To begin with, just like others, I am also feeling extremely unhappy about this decision. You have worked here for more than a decade and we all were like a family. This news was very shocking because next year your promotion was expected as regional manager, which is a dream for most of employees in the organization.
As had been the part of your talented team, we have completed numerous projects together successfully. I have learnt several traits that are necessary for work. In addition, your leadership skill, time management and strict rules makes you distinctive form other managers. I enjoyed while working under your supervision and will always remember you as my mentor.
If you do not mind, I would like to enquire about a few questions. First of all, how long will you be staying in the country? As you always wanted to pursue Ph.D. in Astronomical Engineering, so have you decided to study further?
