I am writing you regarding two weeks off from work starting next Monday. As you are aware that I am perusing specialized certifications on e-Commerce and SEO from Chartered Institute of Marketing. I have put lots of efforts into this particular area to hone my skills set and my exams are nearing. Therefore, it is important for me to show impeccable performance in my exams.
Since I don’t have any pending work but, I have already spoken to my colleague Mr. Manjoo and he has assured me to take care of my clients and urgent inquiries. However, I will be available on emails at all times. This is obvious that, extra work will be piled up but upon my return I will make sure to spend extra hours at work to compensate any pending work.
I hope you also understand the importance of this qualification as our company is moving into digital landscape for online business. In this scenario person with the right credentials would be extremely useful while negotiating with digital agencies.
