Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to commend on the graceful hospitality and service that we received at your restaurant on the occasion of New Years Eve.
We were looking for a place to hang out when we came across your restaurant and decided to try out your restaurant. The moment we entered we were dazzled by the breath taking décor of the place. Furthermore, the lovely aroma of the food that filled the place provoked our appetite.
As already mentioned, we visited your restaurant to celebrate the New Years Eve. It was also a kind of reunion as some of my friends has come home after ages and we were looking forward to having a decent meal while we catch up with each other.
I was tremendously happy with the amiability of your staff and the promptness of the service received. The meal, though, was another delightful experience and I can assure you the taste will remain in my taste buds for years.
Thank you for making the last day of the previous year a memorable one. I look forward to visiting your restaurant again.
Yours faithfully,
Amy
