Dear Manager,
I am writing this mail in regards to my recent visit to your hotel Hyatt to celebrate my 18th birthday on 18th April with my friends. I must say, it was the best food I ever had in any restaurant.
it was my first birthday after my wedding in my new city Pune and we heard a lot about your restaurant on the radio. so I decided with my friends to give a try to your hotel and we were delighted to have a special meal with a complimentary cake.
I would like to include that Butter chicken was a favourite of everyone in complete course. also, it was quite surprised with the quantity related to price, as we were expected to have only 2 legs though it come with 4 leg piece which made our meal pocket-friendly for us. also, the staff was so generous and helped us in serving the food and last but not least, they showed up to wish me birthday made my day.
