I am writing this letter to express my gratitute to Banu Hotpot, the first opened Banu restaurant in our city. Both my friends and I had a great meal here. Not only the cuisine bu also your service were all beyond my expectation.
Being famous in China, you can never imagine how do Chinese people love hotpot. Upon knowing the opening news of Banu, which I ate ten years ago in my hometown, I made no hesitation to book a room for celebrating my promotion with my work leagues. Once entering the gate, the familiar decorations recalled my memory when I was young. To my surprise, when introducing how to eat at hotpot restaurant, I found your waiters are proficient and patient to show that. When the beef was served, I guess you must hire a Chinese cook to prepare the food since they are not only fresh but also tasteful like we eat in China. Moreover, the homebrewed sauce was our favorite even some of my workmates try hotpot for the first time.
In all, thank you for your delicious food and service, which you valued significantly in China. I am happy to see my hometown brand opened in US. Hope your restaurant prosper in the future!
