Hope this letter finds you in the best of health. This is your tenant Lene, We are living in your house for more than 3 years now. We found it very spacious and well furnished, when we moved in, the furniture was almost new but now I regret to inform you that furniture has broken down. The polish has faded and it needs repairing. However, main hall sofa set is in a better condition. Kitchen furniture requires immediate attention as cabinets are now free of wires that hold them from falling and now they completely comes out when opened. You are aware that we are family of 5 people with 2 kids, so it’s a dangerous situation for us.
I request you to please send the carpenter on priority so that repair work can be started. Moreover, drawing furniture needs to be changed entirely as it’s not in usable condition anymore. Please purchase new sofa’s and table set. I look forward to your prompt response.
