Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about the arrangements for my stay with my family at your hotel. I have recently been through your website and I must admit that while checking out the gallery section, I was quite impressed with the sea view from the rooms.

Let me elaborate, I am planning a weekend getaway with my wife and parents from 20th March to 22 March. Therefore, we will check in on 20th March around 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and as our return flight is scheduled for 22nd March in the evening so I would like to check out around 7:15 PM so that we can catch our flight on time.

Furthermore, I would really appreciate if you could arrange the sea-facing two rooms for our stay. Could you please send an email to me mentioning the details of the room tariff for the aforementioned schedule? Also, your website states that you have a spa, gym, and open swimming pool. I would like to know more about available fun activities for children and elders as well. I would really interested to visit nearby famous tourist places, thus, I request you to please arrange the list of such places.

I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
