Dear Sir,
I with my family was at your resort last week, staying in an apartment number 403, which has a beautiful sea view along with fabulous sunset which was mesmerising for us. But the lawn next to the resort had a marriage function for two consecutive days. The loud music throughout the evening and chaos created by the visitors was quite disturbing.
We have actually planned for a three days peaceful vacation away from the city with the expectation of spending quality time with the family. On the contrary, it was not as expected, as we were forced to close the windows because of deafening, instead of enjoying the view and living the moments. The guests from the marriage were disturbing late at night as well, and it was difficult for my father and mother to grab a pleasing sleep. Even the room service was affected due to staff incompatibility.
You resort is one my favourite destination for vacation, but next time we request let the customer know prior if in case such functions are organised so that required action can be taken.
