Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about an apartment arranged by your agents for my family's holiday two weeks ago.
The apartment looked decent with great sea views judging on the outside. however, it was not what we expected as the living room was filled with empty water bottles left by previous customers. I also found problems with the twin beds in the bedrooms. The beds were too small for two adults and they were extremely uncomfortable to sleep.
I could see the disappointment in my wife and children while we were staying there but they decided to compromise and enjoyed the vacation regardless of these unacceptable problems. however, they have been suffering bad backaches ever since we got home 3 days ago and I had to take them to the doctors.
As a dissatisfied customer, I am entitled to request compensation. I want to let you propose first according to your company's policies. If it does not meet my expectation, I will give you my counter-proposition and we can work on an agreement.
