This is Sam, I am a first year student at your university enrolled for the BCA program. i am writing to address the concern about the course i am enrolled in.
The reason I was so interested in this course at your university was because it came with a 3 months apprentice program at the end of each course year. however, I just learned form my professor that the apprentice requirement for the course work has changed and it is no longer a part of the coursework. I was looking for some on job training and hence I had taken this course.
I am quite disappointed with this and would like to request you to issue me a refund for this coursework as I no longer plan to continue.Please let me know what would be the procedure for the same.
I appreciate your help in this and looking forward to a positive response from your end.
