This is Sheela, residing in the room no 20 of the college university hall on the East street of the campus. I wanted to address some concern I have with the accommodation.
I am a final year student enrolled in the Digital Media program at your university. My current course work involves lot of thesis work and presentations. However, the current conditions at the hostel are hindering me from concentrating on my work. The main reason being my room mate who is a Freshman and is mostly hosting parties at our room for his friends. They last pretty late in the night and also the room is left in a mess for the rest of the day. Also, he often has his friends sitting for long hours chatting and gossiping. This is also affecting my ability to focus on my tasks. I have a dead line to meet and need a place where I would prefer to stay alone if possible for the rest of the term.
I request you to please address the issues as early as possible. This is the need of the hour and hope you can accommodate my request at your earliest.
