Hi Sir,
This is with reference to the interview for the course of Statistics that I have been invited for. I have received an invitation from the Dean for Monday,Feb 26th 2019 at 9:00 AM. I was scheduled to interview with couple of counselors.
Unfortunately due to a prior commitment it seems difficult to appear for the time mentioned. The reason being, I have to attend my daughters parent teacher meeting the same day at 9:30 AM. I committed to it two weeks ago and I am afraid I might not be able to change that since each parent is allotted a 15 minute time slot.
If there is possibility to reschedule the time, I would prefer coming in at anytime between Noon to 3:00PM. If that is already occupied, please feel free to reschedule me for any date and time in the coming week. I will make sure I will attend it. I am quite interested as it matches with my area of study and will give me a new horizon to launch my career from your esteemed university.
I would highly appreciate if you could please accommodate my request. Looking forward to hearing from you.
