I am writing to you with regards to the appointment that you have invited me.
Firstly, I would like to mention that I am grateful for inviting me for the interview.
However, I am sorry to inform you that I cannot come at time that you are inviting me, because of other extremely important appointment that I have same time.
Therefore, I am keen to come for the interview same day but different hour I am available after 3 pm. Please let me know if the time is suit to your schedule otherwise, I am very happy to meet the other day.
Moreover, I would like to know how long the interview is going to take. And also, is there will be any test during the interview.
I apologize for the inconvenience due to my person.
