Although I have found a new job and the employer has agreed to pay the wages in advance however due to some technical issue with my salary account the payment has not been credit. Hence I would not be able to pay this month’s rent on time.
As you are aware that as a tenant I am adhering to the contract and have been paying the rental in advance however this time I would request an extension till 15th May to make the payment along with the next month’s rent.
