I am writing to you regarding the rent money which is due to pay in the beginning of the next month. However, I am Khaled Saud , and I live in your building No.3 Apartment No. 21 on the second floor. I have been living there for 4 years.
Unfortunately, I am experiencing some financial problems these days because of the car accident that I had last month. to be more clear I had to spend too much money to fix my car and to compensate the other driver. As a result, I would not be able to pay my rent on the assigned date.
In general, I will try to pay the rent as soon as possible. I have talked to my brother in Australia to help me in my situation and I hope he will do. So, I appreciate your cooperation with me until I manage my matters and find solution to my money problem. I plan to give you the money within two months no more.
