write a letter to the training Organiser.
expressing your interest in the role
requesting more information about it
explaining what experience you have
Dear Sir,
I am writing to enquire about information regarding training course which is being held from June to July at the United Kingdom and I come to know that department requires social event organizer for the group.
As I am one of the trainees to attend this event so, I would like to manifest my interest to become social organizer head for this event. In doing so, I need bit more details about the size and background of the group such as facilities, stuffs to be provided and total budget of the venue. From the notice displayed about schedule it seems that students will be free for three evenings in the week and after 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays at the weekends.
To arrange this event I have got two years of experience of this role as most of the times this opportunity has been offered to me. We will provide short trips, night-outs, group competition etc. This is a role that I absolutely love. Please drop me a mail if you require any further information.
I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Ravinder
