Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to complaint about the issue that I am facing in the changing area. This has been reported on several occasion to your staff members, however, no action taken yet. Let me brief you about the problem.
To begin with, its being long the room has started stinking and its becoming impossible to change clothes over there. Also, the fan is not in working condition. In summers, the weather conditions makes it intolerable to change your clothes there.
Furthermore, these drawbacks has been conveyed to your management plethora of times but nothing seems to work here. Mr. Thompson from your staff informed me that maintenance will be done but everything is in vein. Now, its really getting on my nerves.
I would really appreciate, if you can come as in person and can have a look over the situation to rectify it on priority. At the same time you can keep the gym closed on weekend and fix the problem. Moreover, I want you to give feedback to your team for not entertaining request of gym members as its their responsibility to take action on time.
